Well we're half way through 2008 and I'm still not online! It's getting to be a drag and it means that there's still no new artwork up here. To be honest up until a few months ago I hadn't even been working on anything, working a stupid 9 to 5 kind of saps my creative spirit, but I gotta eat.
Went to the Download festival last month. KISS were unsuprisingly fantastic. One of my favorite bands of the weekend were an icelandic act called Sign. Their singer Zolberg is heartbreakingly gorgeous. Also saw Whitesnake and Def Leppard at Wembley.

So, I went to see the latest Harry Potter movie last night. It was a lot better than I expected, I mean, I'm a big fan of Harry Potter but the Goblet of fire movie was shit; If I hadn't have read the already there's no way I would have followed the plot .So I was a bit anxious about this one. It was a welcome return to the dark feel of Prisoner' and whats more Gary Oldman was absolutely gorgeous! I feel some Sirius Black fanart coming on.

Finally got some more work up! I spent last week house-sitting for my mum and made full use of her PC while i was there, from the minute i got in from work until i went to bed in fact! I have loads more stuff that will be going up shortly once I clean up the scans. I have to add that I'm practically computer illiterate so all of this takes me about twice as long as all you techno-savvy people out there. Also, colour; i definately need some colourful stuff up here! I didn't realize before just how much stuff i do in black and white.
Inspiration has still been lacking of late. I went to see Aerosmith at Hyde Park on sunday though so expect to see some glam trashy rock boy artwork coming soon. They were simply awesome. You just wouldn't tell that Stephen is in his sixties. The man is gorgeous!

Yes, I am still alive. No, i still haven't done anything to my gallery. I'm sorry!! Frustratingly I am sans PC at the moment, having to wander down to my local internet cafe to get online. The problem is that I can't understand a word the guy says, and the thought of asking him how to use the scanner fills me with dread! Not only that but inspiration has been a little lacking just recently. This is the first time I can ever remember experiencing a dry spell for more than a few weeks and it's really starting to affect my everyday life. Mood swings and feeling depressed and useless. That is what full time work will do for you.

Oh my god! As you can obviously tell i haven't had a lot of time for my deviant account recently. Last year i moved out of home to live with my lovely boyfriend, and unfortunatly we're still not online (but we're working on it!) By next year we hope to have it sorted and then i'll be spending a lot more time here. In the meantime i'm thinking of taking my gallery down. I's so old and really doesn't represent what I'm doing these days.
My work is now taking two themes, Fantasy stuff that is mainly done in watercolour and my beloved fetish work which tends to be linework in india ink.
Well i just thought I'd make an appearence but watch this space cos I will be back!
